Tiếng Anh ngành y A1–A2: WHO + ACTION + OBJECT
Cách đơn giản để xếp từ đúng thứ tự trong câu tiếng Anh: WHO + ACTION + OBJECT.
Mục tiêu bài học
Hôm nay mình chỉ học một công thức:
WHO + ACTION + OBJECT
Nghĩa là:
AI → LÀM GÌ → CÁI GÌ / AI
Ví dụ:
I check the report.
- WHO = I
- ACTION = check
- OBJECT = the report
Thứ tự đúng:
I + check + the report.
1. Vì sao mình học công thức này?
Khi nói tiếng Anh, bạn có thể biết nhiều từ nhưng vẫn không chắc:
"Từ nào đứng trước? Từ nào đứng sau?"
Cách đơn giản nhất là:
Không dịch cả câu ngay.
Hãy chia câu thành 3 phần:
- WHO? → Ai?
- ACTION? → Làm gì?
- OBJECT? → Cái gì / ai?
Sau đó ghép:
WHO + ACTION + OBJECT
2. Ví dụ rất đơn giản
Ví dụ 1
Tiếng Việt:
Tôi kiểm tra báo cáo.
Tìm 3 phần:
- WHO = Tôi → I
- ACTION = kiểm tra → check
- OBJECT = báo cáo → the report
Ghép lại:
I check the report.
Ví dụ 2
Tiếng Việt:
Bác sĩ đọc kết quả xét nghiệm.
Tìm 3 phần:
- WHO = Bác sĩ → The doctor
- ACTION = đọc → reads
- OBJECT = kết quả xét nghiệm → the test result
Ghép lại:
The doctor reads the test result.
Ví dụ 3
Tiếng Việt:
Chúng tôi chuẩn bị thông tin bệnh nhân.
Tìm 3 phần:
- WHO = Chúng tôi → We
- ACTION = chuẩn bị → prepare
- OBJECT = thông tin bệnh nhân → patient information
Ghép lại:
We prepare patient information.
3. WHO là gì?
WHO là:
Người làm hành động.
Ví dụ:
I check the report.
WHO = I
The doctor reads the report.
WHO = The doctor
We prepare patient information.
WHO = We
The customer needs product information.
WHO = The customer

4. ACTION là gì?
ACTION là:
Hành động của WHO.
Ví dụ:
I check the report.
ACTION = check
The doctor reads the report.
ACTION = reads
We prepare patient information.
ACTION = prepare
Một số ACTION thường dùng
- check = kiểm tra
- read = đọc
- prepare = chuẩn bị
- send = gửi
- need = cần
- call = gọi
- use = sử dụng
- provide = cung cấp

5. OBJECT là gì?
OBJECT là:
Cái gì / ai nhận hành động.
Ví dụ:
I check the report.
OBJECT = the report
The doctor reads the test result.
OBJECT = the test result

OBJECT = patient information
Câu hỏi để tìm OBJECT
Hỏi:
Làm cái gì?
hoặc:
Làm với ai?
6. Nhìn câu thành 3 khối
Đừng nhìn câu như một dòng dài.
Hãy nhìn như 3 khối:
I | check | the report.
The doctor | reads | the test result.
We | prepare | patient information.
The customer | needs | product information.
Mỗi câu đều có:
WHO | ACTION | OBJECT
7. Câu đúng và câu sai
Đúng
I check the report.
WHO → ACTION → OBJECT
Sai
I the report check.
WHO → OBJECT → ACTION ✗
Sai
Check I the report.
ACTION → WHO → OBJECT ✗
8. Mẹo quan trọng
Khi bạn muốn nói một câu, đừng nghĩ:
"Câu tiếng Việt này dịch thế nào?"
Hãy nghĩ:
Bước 1
WHO?

ACTION?
Bước 3
OBJECT?
Bước 4
Ghép:
WHO + ACTION + OBJECT

Bây giờ nói 3–5 câu thật về công việc của bạn.
Có thể bắt đầu với:
I check ...

We provide ...
The doctor needs ...
Ví dụ:
I check product information.
I prepare medical documents.
I send reports to customers.
Mục tiêu:
Câu ngắn nhưng đúng thứ tự.
17. Checklist 5 giây
Trước khi nói hoặc viết, hỏi:
1. WHO?
Ai làm?
2. ACTION?
Làm gì?
3. OBJECT?
Làm cái gì / với ai?
Sau đó đọc:
WHO → ACTION → OBJECT
Ví dụ:
I → check → the report.
Điều quan trọng nhất
Không cần cố viết câu dài.
Không cần dùng từ khó.
Không cần nhớ nhiều tên ngữ pháp.
Chỉ cần nhớ:
WHO → ACTION → OBJECT
AI → LÀM GÌ → CÁI GÌ / AI
Ví dụ:
I | check | the report.
We | prepare | patient information.
The doctor | reads | the test result.
